I have to admit that I am a die hard fan of coffee and dairy product. And in fact, I'm still taking a whole lot of coffee these days, I just can't stop myself. I'm a coffee person. Probably, that's why my acne is not reducing. It's still there, on my face, because I keep on taking more coffee everyday. You might also have to consider taking a lot of water daily. Less water intake resulting in a dehydrated skin. Generally, dehydrated skin means your skin is not getting enough water to retain its moisture, and hence, causing a bad breakout. Scientifically, it's rather hard to explain though.
Trust me, I used to hate drinking plain water. I only took it because I was hella thirsty, not because I need it for my skin health. To those of you who are having an oily skin, you need to drink a lot water because when our skin is not getting enough moisture, our body will send a command telling your skin needs more moisture and therefore, your skin produce even more oil to compensate the dehydration. Now that's bad if you have more oil on your face. More oil, more sebum secretion, more acne, blemished skin for the win. You don't want that. Drink plenty of water and please don't skip your face lotion or moisturiser.

Lately, I've been drinking a lot of water and I noticed a little improvement on my skin. It is less oily, but still oily though because my skin is forever oily, you can almost cook a scramble egg on my face.
So that's all for this entry, hope this will help you a little bit with your acne problem.
